Yes there are payment plans available. Payment plans will be displayed at checkout. A deposit is require to confirm booking. A monthly payment will be charged to the card on file. Payments for your trip can be made at any time.

Final Payment Due March 21st 2024

No those are an extra fee.

TRAVEL

The Trauma Unit Retreat will be held at the  The Morgan Resort & Spa in Simpson Bay, St. Maarten.

The Morgan Resort & Spa is minutes away from famous Maho Beach, Sunset Beach Bar and the most photographed airport in the world, the Princess Juliana Airport, where guests can watch large and small aircraft glide into the runway at heights so low they can practically touch them.

Getting to The Morgan Resort & Spa After Arriving at SXM

After you fly into St Maarten’s Princess Juliana Airport  (SXM).  We will have an AIRPORT SHUTTLE TRANSFER to The Morgan Resort & Spa for $20 Roundtrip per person. 


We will have airport transportation that you can purchase on this site in the Extras section.

Yes, The Morgan Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive property. There are two delicious restaurant located on -site:

The intimate Salt Restaurant + Bar, helmed by executive chef David Seeman and consultant chef, Afro Caribbean cuisine expert and renowned “Top Chef” competitor Ron Duprat.

The BBQ Shack is Caribbean-style BBQ served for lunch poolside or on The Great Lawn.

Room Service is also offered daily for guests to enjoy.

Yes.  Special Trauma Unit Retreat prices are available 3 days before and 3 Days after.

You can make changes to your reservation on this booking portal.  Changes will depend on availability. Changes to room selection can be made until May 1st

Cancellations can be made until April 1st.  No refunds after April 1st.  Please read the full cancellation policy for details

All booking cancellations must be in writing and shall only be effective upon acknowledged receipt by DJ Trauma, LLC . If cancellations are NOT made within 6 weeks of trip departure; all payments received will be forfeited. Cancellation may not be possible depending on the type of your booking and timing of your request and any cancellation is at our discretion. 

This cancellation policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our standard cancellation charges cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements. The cancellation charge may be higher for certain travel arrangements. Where cancellation is acceptable, how much it costs to cancel your booking, varies depending on how much time there is before you're due to travel.

If you want to cancel your booking, or part of it, you should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible depending on the type of your booking and timing of your request and any cancellation is at our discretion. 

This cancellation policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Where cancellation is acceptable, how much it costs to cancel your booking, varies depending on how much time there is before you're due to travel.

Our standard cancellation charges are set out below:

A non-refundable and non-transferable $400 Deposit is required at booking.

Cancellation minus deposit, if booking is canceled before February 15, 2024.

69 - 63 days before travel: 30% of total booking price.

50% of total booking price minus deposit; if booking is cancelled prior to April 1st, 2024.

NO Refunds will be issued after MApril 1st, 2024.

No name changes to bookings or transfers of booking of any kind will be permitted after May 20th.

All rooms & packages must be purchased here for the Trauma Unit Retreat. Rooms bought elsewhere will prevent you from participating in all events. 

If you are a “no show,” your reservation shall be considered canceled. If you have not notified DJ Trauma, LLC prior to the cancellation, the schedule for cancellations detailed above shall apply. · Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability. ·

If you choose to book using a payment plan, you must make your payment on the date and in the amount selected each month or your booking is subject to cancelation without notice or refund. Late payments are subject to cancellation and refunds will be applied according to the cancellation schedule. 

Your booking date will determine how many payment plan months you may select. If booking closer to the event date, you may be subject to the full balance due at booking, as payment plans will no longer be available. 

No Refunds will be issued for NO Shows regardless of transportation issues due to illness, sudden death, covid related issues, cancelled or delayed flights and/or problems with any other means of transportation.

Any refund shall be made less any platform, transaction and processing fees that have been incurred.

TICKETS

Excursions will be available on this site in the Extras Section starting in March 2024. 

Day passes will be available for purchase if you decide to stay at another property.  They are available in the Extras Section of this site.

We do not suggest this.  One of the our goals is to create community and staying together on property to help create that bond.
